What happens after I apply?

A Smarthost Luxe team member will contact you within two business days to discuss your home and needs. During this call, we’ll provide pricing advice, suggest optimisations to boost your earnings, explain our services in detail, and answer any questions you may have. If everything looks promising, we will arrange a home visit to meet you and see your property in person.

What happens after my home is live?

We market your home through our exclusive channels and chosen luxury travel partners. Our in-house pricing experts develop personalised pricing strategies, managing demand and seasonality to maximise your income potential.

How does Smarthost Luxe prepare my home for a guest stay?

Before guests arrive, our professional housekeeping team prepares your home to our high standards, including providing Smarthost Luxe linens, towels, and toiletries. We greet guests, show them around, and explain the House Rules, then provide 24/7 support during their stay without disturbing you. After guests depart, our team cleans the home and restores everything to its original condition.

How will I be paid for guest stays?

We pay hosts directly into their bank accounts in local currency on a monthly basis.

Who will manage our garden/ pool?

Our teams are only trained to manage the inside of your home, and as gardens and pools can be quite complex to maintain we do ask that you arrange for someone to look after these privately.
